COMPLICATED RACE FOR NAKAGAMI IN QATAR

LCR Honda IDEMITSU rider Takaaki Nakagami finished 19th on Sunday at the Lusail International Circuit.

A lack of grip on the rear tyre and some issues with the track conditions have prevented Nakagami and the crew from getting to the points, as that was the initial goal. After the race in Qatar, the plan is to step forward next week in Valencia for the season’s last round.

“It’s been a tough race; we’ve tried to push, but it hasn’t been enough. Overall, I had a better feeling with the front end; we’ll try to follow this path and see if we can improve in Valencia”.
